Sonko's withdrawn security detail is under investigation

Nairobi Governor Mike Sonko's security detail that was recently

has been under investigations. The Star has established that the Governor's

bodyguards were being investigated even prior to there withdrawal.

Miguna now wants the court to allow him re-entry using his ID

Deported lawyer Miguna Miguna on Friday stepped up his legal fight for an unconditional return to the country, four days after he deferred his planned comeback.

He has been in Canada since February when he was controversially deported following the cancellation of his passport by the immigration department.

Hall now claims ownership of disputed Ruaraka land

The Nairobi County Government has claimed the ownership of the 13.5 acres in Ruaraka being probed by the Senate over a controversial Sh3.2 billion compensation package to a Nairobi businessman.

The land hosts Drive Inn Primary School and Ruaraka Secondary School.
