The 97th Edition of Kenya Derby was held at Ngong Race Course at the weekend. The race, which is the highlight of the horse racing calendar, was sponsored by Vivo Energy, among others.

Dr Patsy Sercombe's Free Wheeler led a top four sweep for the trainer, who entered six fillies in the race. She set the record for being the first trainer to scoop the first four places in the history of Kenya Derby.
