Migori governor Okoth Obado's PA Michael Oyamo has been arraigned in the High Court to answer murder charges.
He appeared before Justice Luka Kimaru in the Milimani Law Courts in Nairobi on Wednesday.
He was brought to Nairobi after being grilled for several hours at the DCI office in Kisumu.
Oyamo had been released from police custody in Homa Bay but was rearrested by homicide detectives.
The DCI officer said Oyamo could not appear at Homa Bay High Court over
tension in the matter.
