A pistol that was used to shoot Deputy
Chief Justice Philomena Mwilu's driver on October 24 along Ngong road has been recovered in Dandora.
Two suspects have also been arrested and positively identified.
Police have also recovered a bag that was stolen from the driver during the incident.
A second pistol was also found on the suspects.
Constable Titus Musyoka was shot three times near Marsabit Plaza at about 5 pm.
Mwilu was not in the vehicle as the driver had dropped her at her home in Karen and was heading to
Kilimani.
Two days after the shooting, police arrested two men in connection with the crime but they were later released for lack of evidence.
The two suspects, aged between 18 and 22, were picked up by DCI officers from a house in Kawangware.
