Programme to avert climate change launched

Hand in Hand Eastern Africa has launched a four year IKEA Foundation programme aimed at empowering households to conserve the environment. 48,000 households in 12 counties are set to be involved.

They include Homa Bay, Migori, Nyamira, Kisii, Busia, Siaya, Bungoma, Bomet, Kericho, Narok, Embu and Kirinyaga.
