Bidco Manufacturing Company was yesterday asked to pay tax arrears amounting to Sh5.7 billion. The company was accused of colluding with KRA and the Attorney General to defeat public interest in recovering the money.
In an application filed before justice Isaac Lenaola, activist Okiya Omtatah said the taxman failed to collect money that would uplift living standards.
