Achievements, honour, inspiration and entertainment were just some of the highlights that marked the first ever Oshwal Awards night held on Friday night.
The gala night held at the Oshwal Centre, Westlands, sought to recognise the triumphs and accomplishments made by members of the Oshwal community at large. Aptly so, it was organised by the Oshwal Youth League of Nairobi and sponsored by Sportpesa.
Event emcees Kavit Shah and Nimita Shah kept the momentum going as did the diverse entertainment by many local groups.
Some of the winners included Rhea Shah (Young Oshwal Award), Parita Shah (Oshwals in Education),
Sushila Shah (People’s Choice Award) and many others.
The nominees also included personalities like Nikunj Shah, Dr Manu Chandaria, East FM director Piyush Shah and his son Divyan Shah.
