East FM vice chairman Piyush Shah (pictured) has been selected as nominee in the media category of the inaugural Oshwal Awards.
Shah was nominated for his contribution to Oshwal communities through his role at East FM. Under his stewardship as chairman of the infrastructure committee, a new wing of Oshwal Academy Senior high was successfully completed.
This is not the first time that Shah is being recognised. Notable ones include the HSC award (head of state commendation) by former President Daniel arap Moi.
The awards, that seek to recognise persons who have made outstanding contributions to the Visa Oshwal Community, will be held on January 22, at the Oshwal Centre, Westlands.
