The Meru government has partnered with Zoe-Kenya children’s home to help the less fortunate. Governor Peter Munya said the county government will set aside funds that will be channelled to the vulnerable and orphans through micro-finance saccos.
Munya, who is also the Council of Governors chairman, said he is looking forward to working with Zoe-Kenya, which has supported more than 15,000 people.
He was speaking at Akirang’ondu in Meru during Zoe-Kenya’s graduation ceremony. Zoe-Kenya director Reagan Kaberia said he is grateful to Munya for the help.
