Five Minutes Interview: I have managed to overcome my fear of crowds

Edmund

I’m good at...........helping others.

I’m very bad at.......accepting defeat. I am very competitive and always push myself to do better and get better.

The last book I enjoyed reading is.........The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People by Stephen Covey.

A common misconception of me is...........I am a snob.

One of my worst childhood fears was............................talking in front of a crowd. I was very introverted. But as I got older I managed to overcome this fear.

My ideal night out is.........going to house parties or a nice dinner at a restaurant. Basically being in an environment where I can have a conversation as opposed to one where the music is overwhelming.

In another life I’ have been.........a professional athlete.

If I was a politician, I would..........ask myself why I joined politics. If it is for the right reasons, then I would be inclined to do good. If my intentions are negative then it will reflect on my service to the public.

The best age to be is...........30s. At this point one should have gone through self-discovery and is pretty set on how to go about life.

The best part of my job is............the joy and satisfaction that comes from looking forward to the next workout.

My greatest regret is........not believing in myself early enough. Had I been open to discovering my potential a lot sooner, I may have achieved a lot more by now.

Historical figure I most identify with...............Moses in the Bible. He never saw himself as a leader but he put his trust in God and was able to do things he never thought he was capable of.

Living leader I most admire.............any person who leads sacrificially.

My greatest possession is.........my health.

If I was to die in five minutes, my last words would be................I did what I could with the time that I had.
