I’m good at..........leading. I'm always trying to lead by example and looking at the potential in other people.

I’m bad at........being patient.

The last book I enjoyed reading is.............Man’s Search for Meaning by Viktor Frankl.

A common misconception about me is..............I am unapproachable due to my tough looking exterior.

One of my worst childhood fears was.........being bullied. To protect myself I made quite a number of friends so I never went through that experience.

My ideal night out is..........having a good time. Dancing, dinner at a good restaurant with good conversation.

In another life I'd have been...........in the military. I admire the discipline and dedication it takes to be a soldier. They just get on with the different tasks required of them without giving excuses.

If I was a politician, I would.............deliver on the promises I make to the public. After all it is in their interest that I serve. Politicians are perpetual liars. They promise the moon and give you the earth.

The best age to be is............21. One is young and carefree.

The best part of my job is.............when I hear people say I have transformed their lives for the better, seeing clients go through transformations and appreciating the positive benefits of keeping fit.

My greatest regret is.............I don’t live on regrets. Regrets hold you back. One has to learn from past mistakes. Take the good, leave the bad behind and keep moving forward.

Historical figure I most identify with...........Mahatma Gandhi. He was a visionary who relentlessly fought for humanity.

Living leader I most admire............Russian President Vladimir Putin. He has brought his country back from the brink of collapse. He advocates for peace despite the negative way he is portrayed by the media.

My greatest possessions are.........my health, my family and my word.

If I was to die in five minutes, my last words would be.............add more plates to the bar so when the ambulance arrives they can see that I was bench pressing 400kg.
