5-minutes-interview : I worked for 10 years to save money for college

I’m good at.......organising groups. I am also quick at mathematics.

I’m very bad at....... being patient.

The last book I enjoyed was.... The Bushtrackers by Meja Mwangi.

The most surprising thing that happened to me …... admission to college. I had given up. I was even more surprised to be called by my mentor to be senior inspector of works for the Rironi-Kimende road project. I made my first Sh30,000 in a single dose.

A common misconception of me is…. I am a joker.

One of my worst childhood fears was………… sleeping hungry.

My ideal night out is…………. with my lady at a place of her choice.

In another life l’d have been ……. a politician.

If I were a politician, I would … ensure my people get corporate political mileage by vocal and actual representation.

The best part of my job is……….. when I complete a client’s building and he refers another client to me. It means he’s impressed.

The best age to be is……… 40.

My greatest regret is …… not joining university to study computer engineering. But all things work for good; I am happy doing civil engineering.

Historical figure I most identify with is ……… Nelson Mandela.

Living person I most admire is ………….. Uhuru Kenyatta.

My greatest achievement is …………. being a director of a company that’s done the best house in Embu town: Beekay’s new commercial building.

My lowest point of misery was........ working for 10 years as a untrained teacher to save for college.

My greatest possession...my mum.

If I was to die in five minutes my last words would be........ I have fought a good battle.
