Five-minutes-interview: I partied too much, now I work extra hard to make up

I’m good at.........project management – creating products and services from ground up.

I’m very bad at..............taking orders. I'm too independent-minded.

The last book I enjoyed reading is.............How to Run a Company: Lessons from Top Leaders of the CEO Academy by Dennis Carey and Marie-Caroline Von Weichs.

A common misconception of me is.................I am too proud. It takes time for one to understand me to realise that I am a relaxed and very down to earth person.

My worst childhood fears were..........to be unemployed and HIV-Aids.

My ideal night out is..........with friends, family and wife.

In another life I'd have been............a smarter version of me.

If I was a politician, I would...........bring down the factors of production and pass the benefits to the general populace.

The best age to be is................30s. You have a clear sense of self, you are more confident, more aligned to your goals, with less peer pressure.

The best part of my job is..................I get to manage the greatest gift to man - time

My greatest regret is...................I partied too much between 25 to 35. I have to work extra hard to secure my future.

Historical figure I most identify with.............Carl Brashear, Command Master Chief, US Navy. He was the first African-American to become a US Navy Master Diver, overcoming insurmountable racial challenges, divorce and amputation of the left leg to rise to the top echelon of American navy.

Living leader I admire........none but Jesus.

My greatest possession is..............my Laptop. The first thing I open when I wake up. I am able to organise my days through emails. My laptop has a lot of information, some of which would be difficult to recover if I lost it.

If I was to die in five minutes, my last words would be............Don’t worry. God is in control.
