Five-minutes-interview:I'd have loved to be a politician, they get a lot of cash

I’m good at........interacting with people.

I’m very bad at.........swimming.

The last book I enjoyed reading is................I prefer reading magazines and newspapers, especially politics and sports.

A common misconception of me is...............I have a serious face and I’m harsh because of my loud voice.

One of my worst childhood fears was............failing and as a result told to repeat a class.

My ideal night out is..........going dancing to Ohangla.

In another life I’d have been...........a politician. They interact with a lot of people and get a lot of money.

If I was a politician, I would...........help needy women and children. I see so many of them when I visit my hometown, Migori.

The best age to be is.............30 to 35. In most cases one is ready to settle down and start a family and approaches life with a lot of maturity, as opposed to our 20s, when we think we still have a lot of time.

The best part of my job is......knowing that I am imparting knowledge to children, who will eventually understand and get it right.

My greatest regret is.........none. Everything happens for a reason and we learn from experiences.

Historical figure I most identify with............Grace Ogot for her pioneering spirit.

Living leaders I most admire.............former Karachuonyo MP Phoebe Asiyo. I admire her strength. Dr Mary Okelo, executive director of Makini Schools. I would want my school to one day gain the kind of recognition Makini has and be known for its excellence.

My greatest possession is.......................my family. People work hard because of family. Having a family gives one drive to get up every day. Without a family, it is not worth it.

If I was to die in five minutes, my last words would be.........forgive me. There is a heaven and hell and I wouldn’t want to go to hell.
