FINALLY! THEY’LL WED IN 2014

One of the most talked about Bollywood couple has never come out in the open about their relationship. After living together for years, Rani Mukherjee and Aditya Chopra have decided to finally tie the on February 10.

They will get wed in the UmaidBhawan Palace of Jodhpur and is only open to close family and friends. Rani Mukherjee and Aditya Chopra were supposed to get married way back in 2012 but Yash Chopra’s death led them to postpone it by two years as, according to the Hindu customs, there should be no wedding in the same house that a person passes away for a year after the death. Since July 2013, Pamela Chopra, Aditya Chopra’s mother has been planning the wedding looking for the mahurat and all that and the wedding is finally happening. We wish them well.

OF COURSE NOT! ROSHANS DENY EXORBITANT DIVORCE SETTLEMENT:

The grapevine has been abuzz that Hrithik Roshan would be paying Sussanne Roshan a whooping sum of Rs 100 Cr as divorce settlement. However, this news has not gone down well with the actor’s wife and the latter has slammed the media saying it’s unethical to publish such false news.

“I was deeply disappointed when I read today’s article titled ‘Sussanne and HrithikRoshan divorce: Rs 100 crore settlement? There is no element of truth in the news and it is entirely speculative,” she said in a statement.

“It is unethical to publish false news and speculate on the private relationships of individuals,” she added.

The couple continue to respect each other and their main focus is their kids.

“Hrithik and I have always had the deepest respect for one and another. Our primary focus has and will continue to be our two children. I would yet again like to appeal that we are granted our privacy at this critical juncture in our lives,” she said.

Meanwhile, Hrithik and Sussanne announced the news of their separation early this month, ending their 17 years of relationship. The duo dated for four years before finally tying the knot Dec 20, 2000. The couple has two sons, Hrehaan and Hridhaan.

NASEERUDDIN SHAH RECKONS BOLLYWOOD HAS A LONG WAY TO GO:

Indian movies have always garnered international acclaim but veteran actors like Naseeruddin Shah say Indian Cinema has a long way to go to reach international standards.

We are deluding ourselves that we are making world-class cinema just because the photography has gotten better and the editing has gotten better, but our special effects don’t stand a chance when compared to something like Iron Man,” said the 63 year old actor who was part of Hollywood films like The League of Extraordinary Gentlemen.

“You compare our story telling with the kind of films made in Iran, Poland, and Brazil and we stand nowhere. We have stars, who pander to their own egos all the time, we don’t have a single guy like George Clooney or Brad Pitt, who will use their star clout to change things around them. Catch any of our stars doing a films like Syriana, we won’t do it yet we say we have conquered the globe,” he added.
