Britain's Home Office could not immediately answer why Deya - who lost a battle against extradition to Kenya to face kidnapping charges - is still in Britain. London's Metropolitan Police said Deya will appear in court November 8
The televangelist was to return to Kenya after British authorities decided on September 13, that his extradition be executed by the Home Secretary.
May approved Deya’s extradition to face accusations of stealing babies between 1999 and 2004. Deya had fought a legal battle to stay in the UK since 2007, arguing anything else would breach his human rights.
