He said residents' needs are similar and support efforts to address the challenges should be equal.
“Challenges faced by residents are similar across Turkana. This is for all partner organisations to ensure equity in resource distribution,” he said.
Lomorukai spoke on Friday during a meeting with a team from Kakuma-based social enterprise organisation, InkoMoko. The team, led by chief operations officer Sara Leedom, paid him a visit at Lodwar county headquarters.
He commended Inkomoko for its programme in Kakuma to support SMEs through capacity building and financing.

He asked Inkomoko to work with line ministries to develop synergy of investments.

Leedom said the organisation has trained 4,500 business owners and invested Sh155 million in financing refugee and local community businesses in the last three years.
