Kikuyu Town MCA Binary Wainaina

yesterday appealed to

the police and Kenya Power to help

reduce vandalism of street lights.

He

said residents fear for their lives when

walking in darkness.

Wainaina said

lights will also improve police patrols.

He said some poles and cables stolen

from the town were recovered by police

from the Gikambura Forest in Kikuyu

constituency.
