KVF Division Two league moved to May 24-26

A total of 12 teams will play at the rescheduled fourth leg of the Kenya Volleyball Federation Division II League on May 24-26 at Ulinzi Sports Complex.

The final leg was initially set for this weekend at Nyayo Stadium. KVF said the change was informed by the unavailability of the indoor gymnasium.

The teams are Eldoret Water, Engineers, Central Prisons, Vihiga, Pamoja Tujijenge, Micro Spikers, Rapid Deployment Unit, Kenyatta University, Kapu, NYS and Langata High School.

The leg will see the top two teams in the standings promoted to the KVF national league.

Meanwhile, 25 teams have enlisted for the Homologated National Beach Volleyball Tour will be held at Strathmore University on May 10-12.

Sixteen teams will battle it out in the men's category with nine signing up in the women's cadre as of Wednesday's deadline.

Elsewhere, the Amboseli Cup, sponsored by former international and Webuye West Member of Parliament, Dan Wanyama, will be held at Bokoli Boys on May 25-26.

Secondary Schools, colleges and clubs will fork Sh2, 000 registration fee with primary schools charged Sh1,000.
