South Sudanese top club Cobras Basketball arrived in the country Monday ahead of. their friendly game against Nairobi City Thunder on Wednesday.

According to NCT team manager Bernet Ojay, this high-profile match slated for Nyayo National Stadium gymnasium from 5 pm is expected to draw a good crowd.

"Wednesday is a game day against the Thunder. We have also organised for them another friendly against Equity on Thursday," said Ojay

Ojay also revealed that there will be a curtain raiser between the Twende Ladies team against a Nairobi Select Team.

Ojay said some of their players are currently being signed to other teams to feature in the final stage of BAL. "However I can request for the names of the ones we are sure are coming."

The team has a playing personnel of 15 players and plans to play all of them. The match will play 12 minutes per quarter and 6 fouls.

There will also be two premier league women's matches at the same venue earlier in the day.

Equity Bank Hawks will continue their push to the top when they play the University Of Nairobi Dynamites and Strathmore University Swords.

At the United States International University, Africa Nazarene University (ANU) meet Absa as Creeks will also play Little Prince.
