Strathmore University Blades coach Tony Ochieng is wary about Equity Bank Dumas' threat in their Kenya National Basketball League clash at Nyayo Stadium on Wednesday afternoon.

“Technically, Equity is a good team having made some good recruitments lately,” noted Ochieng. “We will play our normal game. I have cautioned my boys to remain focused and stop their penetration.”

Women champions KPA had it all too easy as they punished bottom KU Oryx 94-22. The winners took a 53-14 advantage at halftime.

Belinda Okoth led the rout with a game-high 22 points, Vilma Achieng scored 15 while Selina Okumu added 10 for KPA.

In Kisumu, Urbanville made their home town fans happy with a lowly 37-19 victory over Creek in a Lower Division fixture.
