Recipe for mouthwatering cheesy homemade pizza

Making pizza at home allows you to experiment with cheese or your toppings. Here are a few ingredients you can use to make pizza at home.

Ingredients:

1 packet of yeast 250 gm

2 cups all purpose Flour

1 packet tomato paste 100gm 

3 tablespoons cooking oil

Salt 

Sugar

Ketchup

1 tomato

1 onion

1/2 kg  meat

Step 1

Add 2 cups of all-purpose flour, add 1 tablespoon of salt and sugar each. Add 3 tablespoons of cooking oil.

Add 1 teaspoon of yeast to 4 cups of warm water, with 1 tablespoon of sugar and leave it to rise, once risen add it to the flour.

Start mixing the flour with the water and yeast mixture and knead the dough till the flour mixture is not sticky and rigid, do this for 15 minutes.

Step 2

Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Dust your cooking counter with cooking flour dough for rolling the pizza base.

Use a rolling pin, roll the dough into a circular shape, and make sure it is even on the sides. Use a fork to pinch the dough for air circulation and avoid the yeast rising again.

It also allows for good baking results.

Step 3

Cut up vegetables thinly, in circular shapes preferably for good-shaped toppings. Fry onions till brown, add 1/2 kg of thinly chopped meat and fry till well cooked.

Add tomatoes with tomato paste for thick sauce you can add spices such as basil and oregano for a sweet taste.

Grate  100 gm of cheese in a separate bowl.

Step 4

Then, take the fresh pizza base and apply tomato ketchup all over. Spread up the grated cheese over the pizza base.

Add the vegetables evenly on the base and add another layer of cheese on top, however, this is optional.

Step 5

Put this pizza base in a baking tray and place it inside the oven. Set the oven at 250 degrees Celsius and bake the pizza for 10 minutes.

Remove the pizza once fully baked and the cheese has fully melted for a stringy look.

Step 6

Serve while hot and enjoy with a bottle of soda.
