Cîroc founder P- Diddy sells girlfriend’s home for $6.5M

52 year old American rapper Sean John Combs also known by his stage name Puff Daddy (previously P.Diddy, Diddy or Puffy) has recorded a sale of one of his many homes.

Last week, he sold a nearly 10,000 square foot Los Angeles home for $6.52 million.

The six bedroom, six-and-a half bathroom residence sits on half an acre in the Toluca Lake neighborhood.

The property was home to Kim Porter, an actress and model who dated Diddy from 1994 to 2007.

Together, they had three children but she died on the property from pneumonia in 2018.

Kim was 47 years when they bought the home in 2009 for $5.25 Million, through  a limited liability company tied to one of his long time advisors.

Painted in array of colours from white, black, aqua and pink, the six bedroom two storey house also has a media room, an outdoor fireplace, a sports court, a spa area, a large eat in kitchen a pool and a three car garage.

The gated traditional-style home is one of the largest and grandest homes in Toluca Lake sitting on one of the most prestigious streets in the San Fernando Valley, US.

The Ciroc founder still owns a number of other properties, including a Star Island compound, Miami condo, and a mansion in the Holmby Hills neighborhood of Los Angeles.
