MP Otuoma raps Miguna
SPORTS and Youth Affairs minister Paul Otuoma who has accused the former chief legal advisor to Prime Minister Raila Odinga on coalition affairs Miguna Miguna of attempting to spoil Raila’s reputation through his book. Addressing a stakeholders' forum at Nanderema village in his Funyula constituency after inspecting development projects in the area yesterday, Otuoma said: ''Miguna and his political protégés are doomed to fail. The move will not bar Raila Odinga from becoming the fourth president of the republic of Kenya. “Those who have bribed Miguna Miguna to spoil the PM’s reputation will be in for a rude shock because Raila’s agenda is well known all over and I am quite certain Kenyans will vote for him as a bloc,” said Otuoma.
Otuoma at the same time said if Miguna Miguna is sure, according to his book that Raila had engaged himself in the maize scandal as claimed, then he should give evidence before the Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission to prove the PM is corrupt. “I dare Miguna Miguna to appear before the Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission to prove his claims instead of spoiling Raila’s reputation through unfounded claims,” said the sports minister.
