A UDF party national official was overheard complaining that the DPM Musalia Mudavadi's aides and confidants were sidelining some of the party officials. The man claimed he had travelled to Kisii only to realize he had not been booked in at a hotel where Mudavadi and his entourage were staying. The fact that he had to pay for his own accommodation has so incensed the man that he is now considering lobbying other party officials to deny Mudavadi the party's presidential nomination.
