Old remandees plea for Mutunga

Eight remandees at the Kodiaga prison have appealed to the Chief Justice Willy Mutunga to order for their cases to be heard soon. They said they have been in custody for the last 10 years. Speaking during a rare forum with the Chief Justice at the prison, an inmate Ben Momanyi said Nyando and Winam courts in Kisumu delay cases.
