Virtual cocktails for Zack's return

The country has been following the progress of Zachary Muturi Kimotho a young man on a wheel chair making his way to South Africa. His journey is part of a campaign called “Bring Zack Back” supported by the Kenya Paraplegic Association and mobile operator Safaricom to raise funds to build the first spinal injuries medical facility in the country.
The Mercury Lounge on Waiyaki Way in Nairobi saw supporters of the campaign come together for a fund raising party supported by Smirnoff. Punters would buy cocktails dubbed “Virtual Cocktails” with the donated vodka for a certain price and the money would go to the campaign.
The party deejayed by some of Kenya's leading spin masters including David “DJ Delight” Mureithi was attended by several personalities including Safaricom staffers led by CEO Bob Collymore and actresses like Mumbi Maina (Mali on NTV) and Serah Ndanu (Lies that bind on KTN).
