South Africa's DJ Cleo in concert tonight

South Africa’s Kwaito beatmaster DJ Cleo is in town. The House music dj touched down in Nairobi on Thursday afternoon ahead of a massive concert tonight at the Ngong Race Course.

Popular for his hit track Facebook DJ Cleo will perform alongside his dancers, The Teddy Bears and Dj Soul T. The songwriter and founder of Will Of Steel Productions who hails from South Africa’s Gauteng East Rand, began his musical career at the tender age of 10.

Having Marabi styles close to his heart, and being a bass player, Cleo sought out programming and engineering skills, even doing a stint at Allenby Campus on sound engineering as he pursued a new concept in musicianship.

Local acts Camp Mulla, Just A Band and Madtraxx will be curtain-raising for the South African king of house, and a host of local DJs will also be playing their house mixes at the expansive venue.
