ELDORET North MP William Ruto has urged president Kibaki and Prime Minister Raila Odinga to deal with the ongoing strikes "as a matter of priority and warned that it will not be business as usual". The MP held a press briefing at Parliament buildings flanked by seven MPs allied to his URP party.
“We‘re concerned that the strikes do not seem to bother people in the government,” Ruto said. He was flanked by seven MPs allied to his URP party. “They must suspend everything they are doing and focus their energies on the ongoing strikes to ensure the country moves ahead as it should,” he said.
