GSU officers injured in Garrisa explosion

Garissa PPO Philip Tuimur has declined to confirm whether the al Shabab is responsible for two explosives that injured 4 people including two GSU officers in Garissa this morning. Tuimur has said that only an investigation can determine whether the incidents were an act of terrorism.
Two GSU officers were injured after the truck they were travelling in hit a roadside bomb. Two other civilians were also reportedly wounded during the incident. The injured were rushed to the Garissa Provincial Hospital where they are reported to be in a stable condition.
