Pole sana about the boil. You should go to the doctor as soon as possible. I am not a doctor so it would be irresponsible of me to try to tell you what medicine to get. Boils are highly treatable. They are painful and embarrassing but treatable so just think about how much better you will feel in two weeks or so and go.
