A tough battle is looming in the race for Narok North parliamentary seat as outgoing MP William ole Ntimama faces stiff competition from two youthful leaders.

Ntimama is set to contend with TNA's Moitalel ole Kenta and KNC's Meitamei Olol Dapash.Speaking to voters in separate rallies, Ntimama urged them to back his bid for a last term since he has represented them since 1988.

However, Kenta said Ntimama should retire from politics and pave way for new leadership.

“This region is yearning for fresh leadership that is going to propel it forward. I call upon locals to elect me and I will bring in new and vibrant leadership that has been lacking in the past,” he said.

Dapash pledged to unite all the communities living in the region and ensure equitable allocation of resources.
