June Chebet Moi to be buried at family farm in Nakuru

Late June Chebet Moi will be laid to rest on Thursday, April 18, 2024, with a funeral service taking place at AIC Kabarak Community Chapel grounds.

June will be laid to rest in Bahati, Nakuru County. In a statement, the family said June will be buried at the family farm.

June, who was the adopted daughter of the second President Daniel Arap Moi, died on the morning of Thursday, April 11, 2024.

She died aged 60.

She has been lying at the Lee Funeral Home awaiting the last rites.

Her body will be transported from the Home to the Wilson Airport and then airlifted to  Kabarak University for the chapel service.

The service is expected to begin at 10 am.
