Nyeri MCA Peter Weru will be laid to rest at his Karuthi farm on Monday.
Weru, 35, at his Ruguru ward during Jamhuri Day celebrations. He died at the Outspan Hospital in Nyeri county.
Governor Mutahi Kahiga and a host of MPs are expected at the burial ceremony at Ngorano Primary School grounds.
Weru's death came barely shortly after the county lost governor Wahome Gakuru.
The late MCA leaved behind his wife Faith Wangari and two children.
