Kakamega businessman Cleophas Shimanyula, popularly known as Toto, has ordered his drivers to put Governor Wycliffe Oparanya’s (in orange shirt) campaign posters on all vehicles.

Shimanyula, who runs a fleet of PSVs under his Western Cross Company, said the more than 40 vehicles plying the Kakamega-Kisumu and Kakamega-Mumias roads must bear Oparanya’s portrait.

He said he believes in Oparanya’s leadership and he deserves a second term in office.

“I have heard people complain about my decision. However, I have no apologies to make to anyone, because the vehicles are all mine,” he said on Friday in Kakamega.
