NASA flag bearer Raila Odinga has said the Jubilee administration is responsible for the death of Mumias senior director Ronald Lubya.
Lubya was shot dead by gunmen at his Matungulu home in the Western region.
Police recovered his family's Toyota Harrier which three hooded
attackers used to escape after the killing. They ruled out robbery.

But Raila castigated Jubilee and Mumias directors for failing to turn up for Lubya's burial, saying it was enough show of their involvement in his death.
He said NASA will send the Jubilee administration home for the continued killing of innocent people.
"We said we knew who was responsible for killing (businessman) Jacob Juma; they are still investigating the case yet we all know who killed him," he told residents during a rallly in Bungoma.
He also criticised Jubilee for misusing public resources at the expense of Kenyans.
"The Jubilee administration continues to deceive Kenyans of projects that do not exist like the revival of Pan Paper, which is not the case," he said.
