The Court of Appeal has ordered ODM to carry out fresh nominations in Nyatike constituency.

Justice Roselyn Nambuye issued the orders yesterday and directed the party to carry out the exercise in the next 48 hours. This is after ODM and Tom Odege moved to the Court of Appeal, claiming the nomination certificate issued to Odege was valid. They claimed incumbent MP Omondi Anyanga forged three nomination certificates.

ODM said that Odege will miss out in the the election as he is likely not to present his papers courtesy of an order given by the court, which directed them to issue the certificate to Anyanga.

ODM also claims Anyanga colluded with the IEBC officials and manipulated the ODM party list.
