A 26-year-old mason died after falling from the fifth floor of a house he and others were constructing in Ruaraka, Nairobi.
The man is said to have slid before falling down headfirst as he tried to take a step on a ladder on Monday.
Police said they were called to the scene and informed of the incident long after it had happened.
Elsewhere, Police are investigating the death of a man whose body was found on Kirinyaga Road, downtown Nairobi.
The body had physical injuries on the head and seemed to have been a victim of a mugging.
Police on Tuesday said they are yet to identify the body.
