Kiambu MP Jude Njomo (pictured) has said Jubilee officials should be on the look out in the nomination.

Njomo met residents in Kiambu town on Wednesday.

He said he has information some aspirants have convinced voters to take a photo of their ballot paper as proof they have voted and be paid for it later.

“Jubilee Party officials conducting the primaries should not allow phones in the nomination booths,” Njomo said. He said other aspirants have recruited agents who pretend to help the elderly, only to mislead them in voting for their candidate.

He said his opponents are making youths wear t-shirts bearing his name on the voting day so he can be disqualified. Njomo urged his supporters to be

peaceful and shun violence.
