Drug baron Ndechumia Kimali will be charged in a Mombasa court tomorrow.
This comes after the days given to police to complete their investigations lapsed. Kimali is alleged to be behind the Sh29 million heroin haul seized in a luxurious yacht, Baby Iris, in Mombasa in 2015. He was deported from Madagascar.
