The Lamu county government has warned the NLC against duping landowners whose plots have been acquired to build a power plant in Lamu. The NLC has started the approval of landowners who are to be compensated for the land in Kwasasi village.
Governor Issa Timamy (pictured) asked the NLC to ensure the exercise is free and fair.
