Nyakach MP Aduma Owuor has said he and supporters MP Opiyo Wandayi will employ “crook and hook” methods to ensure he recaptures his seat.

Wandayi is said to have fallen out with Siaya Senator James Orengo, MPs Jakoyo Midiwo (Gem), Nicholas Gumbo (Rarieda) and David Ochieng (Ugenya) for allegedly supporting Siaya Governor Cornel Rasanga’s "corrupt administration".

Siaya leaders have distanced themselves from Rasanga's functions. Only Wandayi and Nominated MP Oburu Oginga attend the functions.

Orengo and Midiwo are seen to be supporting politician Otieno Alur to unseat Wandayi.
