Wiper leader Kalonzo Musyoka has said that he will not play diplomat in the contest for
Kalonzo said co-principals Raila Odinga and Moses Wetang'ula should allow him to send the Jubilee administration home in the August 8 polls.
"For a long time people have said Kalonzo is a diplomat but I am telling them that this time round we are going to play hard," he said.
"This is the message from the people. I want [Machakos Senator Johnson] Muthama to get it very clearly because he chairs the Cord coalition together with [Siaya Senator James] Orengo; ffor Trump to win in America, he did not play politics of diplomacy," he added.
He issued the remarks during a voter mobilisation tour of Machakos and Kitui counties on Sunday.

Noting he was ready and determined to take Jubilee head-on, Kalonzo asked residents to register in large numbers so they can vote.
He also told residents to punish leaders who turned out to be traitors and abandoned Wiper party for Jubilee.
"It is unimaginable for somebody to be elected governor, MP or MCA under Wiper and later turn against the party and start fighting it. I ask that you teach these traitors a lesson come August," he said.
But the Wiper boss said, during the opposition's grand Bomas of Kenya rally, that was ready to make another sacrifice because of his love for Kenya.
"But I also expect similar thing to happen with other leaders in the coalition," he said.
Muthama warned Jubilee against rigging the election.
"It is now coming out clearly that the Jubilee government rigged the last election. If they do the same this election, we deal with them there and then," he said.
He asked small parties to fold up and join Wiper "as their existence continues to portray the region as disunited".
Kalonzo and Muthama were accompanied by Machakos Deputy Governor Bernard Kiala and woman representative Susan Musyoka.
Others were MPs Kathaha Maweu (Kangundo), Patrick Makau (Mavoko), Robert Mbui (Kathiani) and a host of aspirants.
