Tharaka Nithi senator Kithure Kindiki waves at residents as he alights from an excavator after he commisioned Sh.1 billion road in Maara constituency to improve tea,coffee and horticulture delivery.
Tharaka Nithi senator Kithure Kindiki on Tuesday commissioned a Sh1 billion road in Maara constituency.
The road is expected to improve delivery of agricultural products.
“The road will improve teal delivery to Weru Tea Factory, enable horticulture and milk farmers to transport their products to Chuka-Nairobi highway,” Kindiki said.
He urged the contractor to speed up the works so as it can serve residents.
