The Interfaith Council of Kenya yesterday urged the Senate to hasten inquiry into amendments to the election laws Jubilee MPs passed on December 22. The amendments introduced a manual backup for voter identification and transmission of results.
IFCK assistant secretary Stephen Ndicho (pictured) said what the MPs did was constitutional and lawful.
