Nandi Governor Cleophas Lagat has issued a three-month ultimatum to land grabbers to surrender more than 1,000 acres of public land. He said the county is running out of land to put up public utilities. The county has recovered 300 acres, but Lagat says that is not enough. “We will take action to recover the land through legal means because it was not meant for a few individuals but for all residents of the county,” Lagat said in Kapsabet town.
