Josephine Kabura, a key suspect in the Sh791 million NYS scandal, is expected to appear before a Parliamentary committee on Tuesday morning.

Kabura is required to shed light on transactions involving companies linked with her in the ongoing NYS inquiry.

She has failed on three occasions to appear before the National Assembly's Public Accounts Committee, forcing the chairman Nicholas Gumbo to ask the IG

produce her.

The three companies associated with Kabura - Form Homes Builders, Reinforced Concrete Technologies and Roof and All Trading - are said to have received the money from the National Youth Service.
