A man has been arrested for attempting to commit suicide by jumping into Indian ocean on Thursday evening.
Kyalo Mwanzui, 23, jumped from the ferry at the Likoni channel but was rescued by the
Kenya ferry services rescue team.
Likoni OCPD Wily Simba said after interrogation, police found that the man was depressed by family issues.
"We have interrogated the man and he claims life is so difficult for him emanating from family woes,"said Simba.
He is expected to be arraigned on Friday.
