The EACC has arrested the OCS in charged of Kapsoya police post in Eldoret for allegedely receiving a Sh2,000 bribe.
Enoch Otiko, the commission's North Rift director, said George Odhiambo was arrested on Wednesday for demanding the amount from a boda boda operator.
Otiko said this was so he could
release the motorcycle that was impounded after a traffic offence.
Detectives raided the station after the officer allegedly took treated money.
Odhiambo will be taken to court after the DPP approves charges against him, said Otiko.
