Water and Irrigation CS Eugene Wamalwa has condemned opposition leader Raila Odinga for obstructing flagship projects to subvert Vision 2030. He warned Raila to stop politicising projects, saying politicking will only hurt growth.
The CS spoke in Siaya town on Friday. He said he will soon meet stakeholders from Murang’a and get the right information on the Sh6.8 billion water tunnels.
